I stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was atmospheric, with perfect location near to the main Cathedral, downtown and the train station. Well-organised and authentic room, comfortable bed and pillows. I loved a shower, a hairdryer and a bidet in the bathroom. The staff was fabulous, I had a real good experience.

Breakfast was very satisfying, it included pleasant butter, meats, cheese and toast...

Outstanding stay in a petite hotel. I liked the brilliant room, the pool was clean. There was lots of food for breakfast, including toast, butter and cheese. The service was efficient, all people working there were smart. Decent location, 15 minutes' walk to a prominent art museum.

Marvelous location and spotless place, I loved absolutely courteous staff. Nice interior, luxurious bathroom, recently upgraded room. Smooth check-in & thoughtful service.

The breakfast was light, the staff were delightful. I got free upgrade and loved it. Bed was exceptionally comfortable, great night sleep. Top location and excellent service in the hotel.

Inconvenient bathroom.

I would recomand this hotel for staying in Florence. It is a NICELY DECORATED property, I loved large rooms and realy good location. Spectacular view, a nice balcony, good bed, too. Attentive service within 0.5 miles of the airport.

would recomand this quiet hotel, and will be back. we took a twin room and it had a mini bar, central heating and a personal safe. in the evening we visited ristorante giglio rosso, set next door to the venue.
